# YAGECOIN PLATFORM – TERMS OF SERVICE

## 1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using YageCoin Platform (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

### 1.1 Platform Description
YageCoin is a cryptocurrency aggregation platform that provides:
– Cryptocurrency swap aggregation (via SimpleSwap integration)
– Cross-chain bridge aggregation (via Rango Exchange integration)
– Cryptocurrency news aggregation (via TradingView, CryptoPanic)
– Utility tokens (YGCT – YageCoin Token, YGC – YageMeme Coin)
– NFT marketplace/information
– Educational content about cryptocurrency strategies

### 1.2 Third-Party Services
We integrate third-party services but DO NOT:
– Execute transactions directly
– Hold, custody, or control user funds
– Provide the underlying swap/bridge technology
– Guarantee third-party service availability or outcomes

## 2. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

### 2.1 Prohibited Jurisdictions
Our services are NOT available to residents or citizens of:
– China (PRC)
– Egypt
– Iraq
– Qatar
– Morocco
– Algeria
– Bangladesh
– Nepal
– North Macedonia
– Bolivia
– Any jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited

### 2.2 Restricted Jurisdictions
Users in the following jurisdictions use services at their own risk and must comply with local laws:
– United States (particularly New York residents – see section 2.3)
– United Kingdom
– India
– Any jurisdiction with specific cryptocurrency regulations

### 2.3 New York Residents
Due to BitLicense requirements, certain services may not be available to New York State residents. By using our platform, New York residents acknowledge they are responsible for determining which services are lawfully available to them.

### 2.4 Compliance Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
– Determining if our services are legal in your jurisdiction
– Complying with all local laws and regulations
– All tax obligations related to cryptocurrency transactions
– Obtaining any required licenses or registrations

## 3. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

– Not be on any sanctions list (OFAC, UN, EU, etc.)
– Comply with all applicable laws

## 4. SWAP SERVICES (SIMPLESWAP INTEGRATION)

### 4.1 Third-Party Service
Cryptocurrency swaps are processed by SimpleSwap, a third-party service provider. By using swap features, you also agree to SimpleSwap’s terms of service.

### 4.2 No Guarantees
We do NOT guarantee:
– Exchange rates
– Transaction speed
– Transaction completion
– Minimum/maximum amounts
– Fee amounts
– Service availability

### 4.3 Transaction Risks
You acknowledge risks including:
– Price volatility during transaction processing
– Network congestion causing delays
– Failed transactions
– Loss of funds due to incorrect addresses
– Smart contract vulnerabilities

### 4.4 Irreversible Transactions
Cryptocurrency transactions are IRREVERSIBLE. We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund completed transactions.

## 5. BRIDGE SERVICES (RANGO EXCHANGE INTEGRATION)

### 5.1 Third-Party Service
Cross-chain bridges are processed by Rango Exchange, a third-party service provider. By using bridge features, you also agree to Rango Exchange’s terms of service.

### 5.2 Bridge-Specific Risks
Cross-chain bridges carry additional risks:
– Smart contract exploits
– Bridge protocol failures
– Loss of funds during bridging
– Extended processing times (minutes to hours)
– Potential permanent loss if sent to wrong network

### 5.3 Bridge Limitations
We do NOT control:
– Supported chains or tokens
– Bridge fees
– Bridge liquidity
– Bridge security
– Transaction timing

### 5.4 User Responsibility
You are responsible for:
– Selecting correct source and destination chains
– Verifying token contract addresses
– Understanding each blockchain’s characteristics
– Having native tokens for gas fees on destination chain

## 6. NEWS AGGREGATION SERVICES

### 6.1 Information Sources
News content is aggregated from:
– TradingView
– CryptoPanic
– Other third-party news sources

### 6.2 No Endorsement
Displaying news content does NOT constitute:
– Financial advice
– Investment recommendations
– Endorsement of opinions expressed
– Verification of accuracy
– Guarantee of completeness

### 6.3 Information Disclaimer
News and market data:
– May be delayed or inaccurate
– Should not be relied upon for trading decisions

## 7. YAGECOIN TOKENS (YGCT & YGC)

YGCT (YageCoin Token) and YGC (YageMeme Coin) are:

– Entitled to any profit sharing

### 7.5 Token Distribution
Token distribution methods may include:
– Airdrops

– Liquidity provision rewards
– Purchase on decentralized exchanges
– Other distribution methods

We reserve the right to modify distribution methods, tokenomics, or discontinue tokens entirely.

## 8. NFTs (NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS)

– Upload malware or viruses
– Attempt to hack or breach security
– Interfere with other users’ access

– Engage in phishing or scams

### 13.4 Consequences
Violation may result in:
– Account termination
